RESCHEDULING A BOOKING: You may request to reschedule a booking one time without incurring additional fees, if the request is made via email prior to 48 hours before a scheduled session.  Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours to 24 hours before the scheduled time will require additional payment of 50% of the original booking fee, and rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment will require additional payment of 75% of the original booking fee. Failure to pay additional charges within 24-hours of confirmation of your rescheduling request will result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the original booking fee in full. Rescheduling requests are contingent on availability, and your preferred date and time to reschedule may not be available.

CANCELLING A BOOKING: You may request to cancel a booking one time if the request is made via email prior to 48 hours before a scheduled session; a request made within that time frame will receive a refund of the original booking fee less a 10% handling fee. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours to 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a refund of 50% of the original booking fee less a 10% handling fee, and cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment will not be eligible for a refund. All eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

The rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to all bookings through this site, including those made with coupon codes and gift certificates.
